John Domantay started his finance journey as a mortgage broker in 2003, before gaining experience as an asset finance provider, banker and then a relationship manager for Medfin, a specialist division of nab managing a portfolio of medical and allied health professionals.
John has extensive knowledge in mortgage management, commercial and construction finance, asset finance and as a specialist medical finance consultant.
John's focus is on providing the highest possible levels of service, as well as add value to a client's business by also providing insights into industry best practices, as well as utilise the extensive network of professionals he has had the privilege of working with.
In his spare time, enjoys travelling with his young family. He also likes to keep fit but contradicts it with his love of food.

Mike Herman started his finance journey in 1988 with Citibank and has had various roles across a number of finance institutions over the years. He was a relationship manager for Medfin, a specialist division of NAB managing a portfolio of medical and allied health professionals and recently completed a role at the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and the HR institute (AHRI)
Mike has extensive experience in mortgage management, commercial and construction finance, asset finance and as a specialist medical finance consultant.
Mike’s focus is on providing the highest possible levels of service, as well as adding value to a client's business by providing insights into industry best practices.
In his spare time Mike is a baseball player that still plays in local and world masters competitions and is a keen golfer.

Derek Milligan

Derek started his Finance journey initially focusing on areas where he felt there was a lack of expertise within the industry, servicing the self-employed sector. Over the years this focused approach evolved to further include commercial, investment and construction finance.
With Derek’s extensive experience in construction, and particularly with actively handling a number of major townhouse developments / estates, he not only assists the purchasers with achieving their property goals, but also consults vendors on the finance aspects for their projects from concept stage through to settlement to ensure the project can be delivered as seamless as possible.
Derek strives to provide the best possible outcome for our clients and works passionately to achieve this, with the belief that being there to assist someone to achieve their lifetime goal is enough reward in itself. The challenges, at times, of getting there is where he thrives best.
During his free time he enjoys trying to become a better soccer player than his wife. It's still a work in progress.

James Missailidis

James Missailidis decided to begin his journey in Finance when he quickly realized upon completion of his Bachelor Of Business (HR), his desire to build and maintain relationships, and supporting people in work environments, wasn’t enough.
With his passion for business and people, his entrepreneurial streak became more evident. The desire to create relationships with likeminded people, the ability to help clients navigate through their finance options and bringing their hopes and dreams to fruition was much more rewarding.
Working with various clients assisting with residential, vehicle and equipment, or business finance, James is always striving to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. He enjoys that each interaction is unique to its own and enjoys being challenged to educate himself with latest options available for his clients.
In his down time, James enjoys long walks on the beach and is a lover of all sports (especially Collingwood in the AFL).

Peter Kennedy

Peter Kennedy started his career in financial services in the late 80’s and followed in his fathers’ footsteps. This included various roles with ANZ, St George Bank and AMP. In 2003 Peter set up his own financial services business. As a qualified mortgage broker and financial planner, he was able to help many people to achieve home ownership, grow an investment portfolio and manage their long-term affairs.
Peter always has had a passion for real estate so became qualified in that field too. He has assisted many people as a property advocate to buy or sell property. For Peter this is the sexy part of the financial services process. His consulting business includes referrals to many different, trusted, professionals that he has worked with for a long time. Whether it be a building inspection, conveyancer, creating a will etc, Peter can work with these professionals to make sure you are covering the important elements of a transaction.
Peter has also taught and mentored over 100 new mortgage brokers into the industry. He’s passionate about helping others on many levels.
Peter loves playing golf, following his beloved Collingwood Magpies to AFL greatness, Baseball and spending time with the love of his life and our extended family and friends.

Jim Yanevski

Jim has over 25 years of Aviation Operations experience with a focus on stakeholder management and training and development. Extensive crisis management experience in time sensitive deadline focused environments while ensuring customer satisfaction is always achieved.
Being the witness of many changes in a fast paced and very demanding industry, Jim is excited about his new direction in the finance industry and looks forward to building strong professional relationships with clients.
During his spare time, Jim enjoys travel and day trips with his family.
