Drawing from his extensive experience in construction, particularly in managing major townhouse developments and estates, Derek not only assists purchasers in achieving their property goals but also provides consultative services to vendors regarding the financial aspects of their projects. From the conceptual stage to settlement, Derek ensures a seamless delivery of the project.

Derek is dedicated to securing the best possible outcomes for clients and approaches his work with passion. He firmly believes that assisting someone in achieving their lifelong aspirations is an immensely rewarding endeavor, even when faced with challenges along the way, which is where he thrives.

During his leisure time, Derek endeavors to become a better soccer player than his wife, although he admits it's still a work in progress.
