With a solid foundation laid in 1988 at Citibank, Mike Herman embarked on his finance journey, traversing through various roles within numerous finance institutions. Notably, he served as a relationship manager for Medfin, a specialized division of NAB, where he skillfully managed a portfolio comprising medical and allied health professionals. Recently, he concluded a tenure at the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and the HR Institute (AHRI).

Mike possesses extensive expertise in diverse domains, including mortgage management, commercial and construction finance, asset finance, and specialized medical finance consultation.

Driven by an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service, Mike's primary focus revolves around providing clients with the highest possible levels of support. Furthermore, he aims to enrich their businesses by sharing insights into industry best practices.

During his leisure hours, Mike immerses himself in the sport of baseball, actively participating in local and world masters' competitions. Additionally, he nurtures a passion for golf, indulging in the game whenever he can.

Formally, Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Point Park University in the U.S.A. He has also earned a Cert IV TAE (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) and a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance and Mortgage Broking Management).
